Teflon-like high temperature resistant nano film: Parylene-AF4

Parylene-AF4 has a lower dielectric constant (good high-frequency wave permeability), good thermal stability, and strong waterproof/salt spray performance. It can be used as a better protective coating for high-frequency microwave (GHz) components. The excellent performance is as follows:
1. High Temperature : long time operation 350°C / short time (12Hr) operation 450°C
2. Dielectric Strength : 5400 V/mil
3. Dielectric constant: 2.1(K)
